We make available to the holders of Personal Data held by COMITÉ DE AYUDA A DESASTRES Y EMERGENCIAS NACIONALES, A.C., in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“Personal Data Law”). ”)), its Regulations and other applicable provisions of this privacy notice that establishes the policies and practices of the Committee for Aid to Disasters and National Emergencies, A.C. for the use, treatment and protection of your Personal Data.

San Fernando la Herradura, Huixquilucan, C.P. 52760 in the State of Mexico, Tels. +52 55 67186622 and +52 55 52907919, is an Association constituted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, offering its services throughout the national territory, and committed to the protection of its Personal Data, when it is responsible for its use, management and confidentiality; therefore, it is important to inform you that the Personal Data we collect about you is necessary to verify and confirm your identity, manage and operate the services we provide, in order to comply with the purpose of CADENA.

 

  • Datos Personales
 
 

CADENA recabará de usted los Datos Personales, (cualquier información concerniente a una persona física identificada o identificable), en adelante “Datos Personales” que sean necesarios para la adecuada asistencia de los servicios que prestamos, tales como datos de identificación, laborales, patrimoniales, financieros, académicos y sensibles (aquellos datos que pueden revelar aspectos como origen racial o étnico, estado de salud presente y futuro, información genética, creencias religiosas, filosóficas y morales); ya sea que se recaben (i) directamente o (ii) a través de sus agentes, personal, empresas filiales, subsidiarias o promotores. Dichos Datos Personales incluyen los siguientes: (i) Nombre completo; (ii) Datos de contacto tales como dirección, teléfonos, teléfono celular y correo electrónico entre otros; (iii) Datos de identificación personal tales como edad, estado civil, nacionalidad, ingresos, RFC, etc.; (iv) Información sobre sus necesidades de operación. Los datos anteriores se obtienen a partir de la información que su titular nos proporcione de manera personal, o bien, directamente del titular por cualquier medio electrónico, óptico, sonoro, visual, o a través de cualquier otra tecnología, obteniendo su consentimiento expreso, por escrito, vía electrónica y/o cualquier otro medio de autenticación, para recabarlos, tratarlos y/o transferirlos en términos de la Ley de Datos Personales.

 

  • Use of your Personal Data
 
 

The Personal Data you provide us will be used to (i) provide you with the services and/or support offered by CADENA, (ii) Prepare statistical and financial reports; (iii) Improve the services and/or support provided by CADENA; (iv) Make inquiries, investigations, studies, reviews and analysis in relation to your complaints, concerns, and / or claims; (v) Contact you for any matter related to the services and/or supports that we provide; (vi) Contact you for any matter related to the support or donations you provide us and (vi) in general, to comply with the purpose of our Association, as well as evaluate the quality of the services and help provided. We use General Personal Information collected directly during any registration process and through “cookies” to help us evaluate and modify existing features.

The personal information we collect is also for the purpose of preparing the profiles of the people who require the provision of our services, support and/or help provided, and in turn of the people who contribute to the purpose of CADENA, as well as to analyze the risks and circumstances that may occur at any given moment in the face of any eventuality or contingency, since said information will allow us to provide you with a better service and improve its quality.

 

  • Protection of personal data
 
 

To comply with the purposes set out in this notice, the “Personal Data” will be collected and treated in a sensitive manner, committing ourselves to treat them under strict security and confidentiality measures. Therefore, the Personal Data that is provided to us, including sensitive data, currently or in the future in the possession of our Association, will be managed, processed and/or used under the principles of legality, consent, quality, information, proportionality and responsibility, committing ourselves to observe and comply with the aforementioned principles, as well as not to sell, rent, share or disclose your personal information for illegal purposes or contrary to the purposes for which they were provided, except in the exceptional cases indicated in the Personal Data Law and its respective Regulation.

CADENA will make its best efforts to protect Personal Data and safeguard the security of the systems used to store Personal Data.

However, CADENA does not assume any obligation to keep confidential any other information that the owner provides in addition to that requested, including information that the owner provides through social networks and forms on the Internet site.

The Personal Data you provide us is stored on servers housed in secure facilities.

 

  • Bank and Credit Card Information
 
 

In order to assist you more effectively, credit card transactions are managed through a third-party banking service, in which the necessary information is received to verify and authorize your credit card, debit card or other payment information, to thus process and send your donation. Financial transactions related to your online donations to the Site are handled by clearly identified third parties. The information related to your financial transactions will not be kept on CADENA’s servers.

 

  • Rights to limit the use of Personal Data
 
 

Since the processing of your Personal Data is essential to (i) receive your support and contributions and/or (ii) to provide you with our support and/or services, there is a possibility that CADENA may have to share part of your information with various Associations. subsidiaries with whom there are written agreements on confidentiality and protection of Personal Data, in order to improve the service we offer. You may request that your Personal Data not be transmitted directly to our subsidiaries, by making the respective request to the email address of our Special Unit for Customer Service cadena@cadena.ngo, directly at our offices, or by phone call .

In the event that you do not want your Personal Data to be processed for the purposes described above, you can submit your request through our Special Unit of Public Attention and which is located in our offices, this, of course, will not constitute a refusal so that we deny you the contracting of the services and/or support that we provide.

However, it is worth mentioning that there are Personal Data that are necessary for you to (i) contribute or collaborate with CADENA and/or (ii) receive our services, in these cases, your refusal to provide and/or make use of your Data Personal, it may constitute an impediment so that CADENA can receive your support, CADENA can provide you with the service, or it will imply the conclusion of your relationship with us.

Likewise, your authorization will not be required to transfer your data to third parties in the exceptions established by law; that is, the Comité de Ayuda a Desastres y Emergencias Nacionales, A.C., may communicate and share your Personal Data, to other Societies and/or Associations with which it has alliances and/or agreements, and to which it deems appropriate, in addition to those cases in which the competent authorities request it, whether administrative and/or judicial, without prejudice to communicating this privacy notice to the recipients of their Personal Data, for the purposes that are relevant.

 

  • Means to Exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition. “ARCO Rights”
 
 

The “ARCO Rights” refer to the fact that you, in accordance with the applicable legislation, will have the right to access your Personal Data that we possess and the details of their treatment; as well as to rectify them when they are inaccurate or incomplete, having to request their correction, indicating precisely what data is involved and having to attach the documentation that proves or supports the required modification; cancel them as long as it is permitted by law and there is a cause that justifies said action, so if your cancellation request is appropriate, your Personal Data will be blocked and deleted and finally you have the right at all times and for legitimate cause to oppose the processing of your Personal Data.

In terms of the provisions of articles 22 and 28 of the Personal Data Law, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your data “ARCO Rights”, having to submit a request to the Specialized Attention Unit to the Public whose data are the following:

You can submit your request in any of the media mentioned above.

In terms of the Personal Data Law, your request must contain the following information: (i) Full name, address or other means to communicate the response to your request, (ii) the documents that prove the identity, or in its case, the legal representation of the owner, (iii) right that you wish to exercise, (iv) clear and precise description of the data that requires access, ratification, cancellation or opposition to its treatment, (v) in case you request the rectification or update of your data, you must provide the data that will replace the previous one, providing the documentation that supports the request; (vi) in case of opposition to the treatment of your data, you must indicate the personal data and the use to which you oppose; (vi) in case of cancellation or access, you must indicate the data to be canceled or accessed, as the case may be.

The term to respond to your request will be twenty business days. The resolution will be announced through the means of communication through which you submitted your application. If appropriate, the resolution will become effective within fifteen business days following the date on which the response was communicated.

In view of the foregoing, you must be fully assured that the Personal Data provided to the Committee for Assistance to National Disasters and Emergencies, A.C., will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Law and its respective Regulations, being duly protected to through administrative, physical and technical security measures in order to guarantee your confidentiality and prevent your loss, damage, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure of your Personal Data.

  • Data transfer
 
 

CADENA may transmit your Personal Data, obtaining the respective consent of its owners of course, to those Companies and/or Associations that are part of the CADENA group, as well as those that are deemed appropriate, ensuring that the Data is handled only by those personnel whose intervention is precisely to fulfill the purpose of the service and/or help provided, always subject to the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

We promise not to transfer your Personal Information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Personal Data Law, as well as to carry out this transfer in the terms established by that Law.

CADENA does not collect or store information on its Internet Sites from people who are knowingly under 18 years of age. No part of our Internet Sites is designed to solicit Personal Data from persons under the age of 18.
